Herbatka u Kapelusznika;)

I just fell in love with this charming, polka dot set - teapot plus sugar pot from Emma Bridgewater :). I have been wanting to buy it for a long time. The truth is, I am not used to brewing tea in a teapot (except for the green tea, which I like to brew properly), but now that I own this nice set, I think I am gonna have to start!
So, who is free at 5 o'clock and would like to pay me a visit?;)

Spacer

(Today the weather was so lovely that I went for a 1,5 hour walk around the area where I live:). I was happy to see some vivid colours - such a difference afer the monotonous winter...)

...minelam bardzo wysokie drzewo i bardzo malego kwiatka;),
(...I walked past a very tall tree and a very small flower;),

...poobserwowalam spiacego labedzia dryfujacego po stawie i sliczne bazie wierzbowe,
(...I was observing a swan drafting across a pond and some pretty willow catkins,)

(...I noticed a kite stuck between the tree branches and played on a swing - just for a little while;). It is good to feel like a child sometimes:).

Lazy morning...

Mily start w nowy dzien i tydzien:).

I am not always so fortunate that I can sit quietly in the morning with a cup of tea (I don't like coffee and drink it rarely) and read the magazine that just arrived (my favourite "Country Homes and Interiors"), but today is exactly such a day. For breakfast I prepared myself a leftover pancake with sliced banana and some creme fraiche (natural yoghurt would also be ok, I think).
Here is a nice start to a new day, and a new week:).

Studium rozwoju hiacynta;)

Wczoraj wrocilam, zachwycilam sie pieknym, pachnacym kwieciem w pelnym rozkwicie, wiec kilka zdjec pokazuje tez wam:).

Udanej niedzieli wszystkim!

Theoretically I was not planning on getting a hyacinth this year, but finally I gave in and I thought why not... There is some place, a plant pot was found as well and I placed the hyacinth, at first inconspicuous, on our mantelpiece. It was a little reluctant to blossom, but as impatient as I am, I started taking its photos.

The hyacinth showed its gratitude for all the attention we paid it;), it shot up and blossomed beautifully. Unfortunately due to a one-week trip I was not there to witness that moment, but I asked my husband to take some pictures, and here I have to praise him a little, photo nr 5, my favourite, was taken by him:).

I came back yesterday, I was delighted to see this beautiful, sweet-smelling flower in full blossom and I have decided to show you a few pictures as well:). To be honest I was a little surprised that it blossomed so beautifully, our living room is quite dark, but maybe the hyacinth liked all this walking around it with a camera;), I don't know, nevertheless it is nice...

Have a great Sunday!
